SA Meanders is the first South
African Travel Portal available in both English and
Afrikaans. The advertising listings can be presented
in either or both languages and translations can be
arranged at a reasonable rate, when and if necessary.
We plan to translate the site into an additional two
languages at a later stage. Please note that there are no set-up
fees.

Please note that all accommodation establishments that form part of our “online booking” programme will not be charged an advertising fee. These establishments will be charged commission on confirmed bookings. Please contact us for more information about our online booking programme.
Listings on the SA Meanders
website are charged on an annual basis and range from
R800.00 to R1200.00 per annum. Banner Advertisements and
Business listings are charged either on an annual basis
or a monthly basis depending on the requirements. All
monies must be paid in full on presentation of the account.
Please note that advertising on
SA Meanders has been priced very fairly and is affordable.
With this in mind we will not include more than 1 establishment
or activity per listing. If an establishment offers a
specific activity as a secondary service, it may be covered
briefly in the advertisement and vice versa, at no extra
costs. If the establishment wishes to advertise more than
one service in more detail, that establishment will have
to apply for 2 or more listings..
The listing is valid from the time
it is live on the SA Meanders site and it is the advertiser’s
responsibility to make sure the information is at all
times accurate and not misleading. SA Meanders will
automatically renew a listing after a year unless we
receive a cancellation request. Cancellation of a listing
must be done in writing and it must reach SA Meanders
14 days before the termination date of that listing.
SA Meanders requires all accommodation
establishments listed on their site to belong to or
to be affiliated to a tourism body. This ensures that
the establishments meet certain standards therefore
giving the guests peace of mind when booking.
Please note that SA Meanders attempts
to provide the most current information pertaining to
South Africa as well as its advertising listings. It
is the advertiser's responsibility to provide the latest
rates and any updates. Advertisers must submit their
updates to SA Meanders in writing in order to make the
necessary changes to their listing. We will endeavour
to make these changes as speedily as possible, but sometimes
need a maximum of 4 days to do so. Extensive changes
will attract a fee and will obviously take longer to
implement.
